We deliver orders within 2–3 days — the exact timing depends on your city and on the item itself: pieces from the boutique's stock ship the day the order is confirmed, while atelier pieces and made-to-order collections require a little more time. The cost and method of delivery depend on the order amount and on the country or city where you are located: delivery is free for larger orders, and within the city a courier fitting service is available.

A personal courier delivers the order at a convenient time, and you can try it on upon receipt.
Domestic delivery

Boutique pickup

We will hold the item for 3 days and have a fitting room and stylist ready for you.
Packaging. Every item ships in a signature Original Boutique box with a dust bag, ribbon and certificate of authenticity — perfect for gifting.
Payment. By credit card online, bank transfer, or cash to the courier. Loyal clients can pay after trying the item on.
Exchange & returns. 14 days from receipt, provided the tags and packaging are intact. We cover the return shipping within the city.
